Do I need to be home during the service?
Nope! As long as we can access your yard, you don't need to be home. Just make sure the gate is unlocked or provide a gate code when you book.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Greenville, Greer, Taylors, Spartanburg, and Simpsonville, SC. Not sure if we cover your neighborhood? Enter your zip code on our homepage or give us a call.
Are you insured?
Yes. Scoop Rescue carries general liability insurance on every job.
Do you service multiple dogs?
Absolutely — multi-dog households are one of our most common customers. Pricing is based on yard size and visit frequency, not the number of dogs.
Do you work with commercial properties?
Yes! We provide pet waste removal services for apartment complexes, dog parks, and other commercial properties. Contact us for a custom quote.
Is there a satisfaction guarantee?
Absolutely. If you're not happy with a cleanup, let us know and we'll come back at no charge. We earn your business every visit, not through contracts.
Scheduling & Service
How often should I schedule a service?
It depends on your dog's activity level and the number of pets you have. Most customers find weekly or bi-weekly services to be the best fit.
How do I get started?
Just book online or give us a call at 864-214-5999. We'll set up your schedule and send you a confirmation. It takes about two minutes.
What if I need to skip a week?
No problem at all. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we'll skip that visit. There's no penalty for skipping.
How do I cancel service?
There are no contracts, so you can cancel anytime with no fees. Just reach out by phone or email and we'll take care of it.
What happens to the waste?
We double bag all waste and place it in your trash can. If the trash can isn't accessible, we'll leave the bags neatly by the gate.
What are your service hours?
We operate Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. We're closed on Sundays.
